Shipping Policy

At timelessthread.org, we offer both instant digital downloads and made-to-order physical products. Please review our shipping and delivery timelines below.

Digital Products (Templates, Embroidery Files, Printables): All digital products are delivered instantly. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a secure download link. No physical item will be shipped for these products.

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand): Our physical items are custom-made to order.

  • Processing Time: It takes 2 to 5 business days to produce and quality-check your physical items before they are shipped.

  • Shipping Time (US Orders): Once produced, standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days.

  • Shipping Time (International): Delivery takes 10 to 15 business days depending on the destination.

Once your physical order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that if your order contains both digital and physical items, the digital items will be available immediately, while the physical items will ship separately.
